Nadeau was assistant vice president of treasury management and government banking at Camden National Bank. The MEMIC Group, a workers' compensa- tion specialist in Portland, hired Matthew Coy as senior director, information tech- nology. Coy was previously director of application development for Aetna. Bath Savings Institution hired Evan Libby as vice president of compliance and Tatiana Chipilova as vice president, fi nance.
