Windham-based Civil Arms is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Department of Commerce and supplies interna- tional dealers, distributors and indi- viduals with fi rearms and accessories that are available in the United States, according to the company's website.
