Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington announced David Rice joined the medical staff of Franklin Health and will operate Franklin Health Intown Medicine in Farmington. Rice, a board-certifi ed internist, previously operated his own private practice out of the location. Kelly, Remmel & Zimmerman, a law fi rm in Portland, hired Emily Atkins and Stephen Koerting.
