F R E S H B E G I N N I N G S Solar company Clean Energy Collective opened the 1.3-megawatt Uxbridge Community Solar Array, a project that will provide more than $650,000 in electricity savings for National Grid customers over 20 years and property tax savings for the town. Kathy Loftus, global leader of sustainable facilities for Whole Foods Market Inc., won the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Innovator of the Year Award. Loftus is a WPI alum. She was presented with her award on campus earlier this month.
