The contract was accepted unanimously. ReVision Energy in Brunswick in- stalled two community solar farms at Crystal Spring Farm in Brunswick (286 solar panels) and on Fisher Road in Lisbon (171 panels). The company also said Hebron Academy will install 970 solar panels onto the roof of its athletic center and Maine Indoor Karting in Scarborough will install 438 panels onto the roof of its building. Wellington Yacht Partners in Portsmouth, R.I., announced the open- ing of a satellite offi ce at Handy Boat in Falmouth. RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England an- nounced Casey Gray has taken over as broker-owner of RE/MAX Coastal in Hollis. The offi ce, formerly located in Scarborough, will continue to serve clients throughout greater Portland, including Windham, Gorham, Saco, Old Orchard Beach and Maine School Administrative District 6. Downtown Gardiner receives major gift Camden National Bank said Nov. 2 it has donated fi ve buildings at 149-167 Water St. in downtown Gardiner to Gardiner Main Street for redevelop- ment. Camden National acquired the 23,000 square feet of space in 2015 as part of its acquisition of the Bank of Maine. Greg Dufour, president and CEO of Camden National Bank, said it donated the block to get the property in the hands of an organization that has the capabilities and vision for redevelop- ment that would benefi t the city. e fi ve buildings, which are on the Dingley Block and abut Gardiner Landing, are valued at $350,000, according to Camden National. e gift also includes a vacant lot at 129 Water St. "You can see just the huge potential that is here," Dufour told the Kennebec Journal. "I am not a construction person, but it's got good bones."
