We also created the Allied employee activity committee (internal and external activities) and Allied wellness committee to promote the health of our employees. We also experienced double-digit growth lead- ing to job creation and increased employ- ment opportunities. What is the biggest challenge to your business in the coming year? Our biggest challenge is developing creative ways to improve efficiencies while reducing our cost structure thereby strengthening our customers overall experience and continuing to deliver the highest-quality product. What is the one family value you want passed onto each generation in your business? Integrity.
