"Whenever I have a bad day or question whether I'm making a dif- ference, there's always a patient around the corner who makes me realize why I do what I do." Those are the values at RFGH. Recently, RFGH celebrated its 47th year with its annual barbecue, in- viting employees, volunteers, clergy, board members, retirees and fam- ily members for a Jimmy Buffett/ Margaritaville theme, with tropical decorations, gifts for everyone, live music, plenty of tasty food, Giffords Ice Cream, and virgin daiquiris and piña coladas. That's the kind of fun and appreciation RFGH employees get to enjoy every year. (Every fi fth year, it's a lobster bake.)
