EMPLOY EE PROF ILE: J osh attended New England Tech from 2004 through 2006, earning his Associates Degree in Architectural Building and Engineering Technology. He started working at Package Steel Buildings as an Estimator immediately after he finished his technical schooling. With his quick learning skills and technical knowledge, Josh was transferred into the Detailing Department within seven months after starting his career at Package; one year later he became the Senior Detailer. Josh continued to shine and, with the growth of the company in 2012, he was promoted to Detailing Supervisor. Josh aids in creating software and programming to improve the department. His most current position is Detailing Manager, a promotion he received in 2015. Josh is a great example of a trade school graduate attaining a great career without the time commitment and expense of a four-year education. The manufacturing world can't find enough employees like Josh to fill the slots that still exist today in our business. Josh Blain Position: Detailing Dept.
