Harry Kokkinis, President "I feel honored to represent Table Talk Pies, Inc. I joined the Table Talk family in 1997 as a temp and was hired permanently in 1998 as a packaging line operator. At the time, I had very limited English speaking skills, but was still given the opportunity to train as a machine operator, which allowed me to grow with the company and continue to develop my English skills. I now translate for other employees when necessary. I am now an assistant Packaging Supervisor and oversee 30 other employees, who have become like family. As a packaging supervisor, I make sure the pies are properly packaged, dated and sent to shipping. It makes me proud to see the final product in the stores. The line I supervise recently achieved 90 percent efficiency for the first time. This made me very proud of the employees and shows that hard work does pay off. I'm glad to know I inspire other employees to achieve the same, or better." - Digma Almonte, Table Talk Pies EMPLOY EE PROF ILE: Digna Almonte Position: Packaging Supervisor Age: 41 School: 3 years, Accounting Years at Company: 18
