Mike Gasbarro, Owner "We have been employees at F&M Tool for 20 plus years. Have made many intriguing molds and components for the plastic industry. Learning new things all the time. Been a great experience." "F&M Tool and Die has been a great place to work since I started here back in April of 1994. I stepped into my position with sole in-house responsibility for the design and engineering of all the plastic injection molds F&M Tool and Die was producing for a wide range of customers. I had some previous experience in plastic injection mold design, but I received a hands-on education working directly with the mold makers who guided me to become the engineer I am today. We are a small company and work directly with the owner who is also a hands-on guy. He has been one of the best employers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Some employees have come and gone, but F&M Tool and Die is a place I call home and plan to make my life's career here. Even though I've been here for 22 years, some other employees have been here longer. It's a great place to work." - Mark Girard, F&M Tool and Die Co. EMPLOY EE PROF ILE: Mark Girard Position: Design Engineer Age: 50 School: Greater Lowell Regional Vocational Technical School Years at Company: 22 (L to R) Jim McGrath, Roger Cormier, Mark Girard
