Health care careers, particularly home health workers, will be in growing demand. Here's a look at the growing pool of Massachusetts residents ages 65 and older between 2010 and 2035. In 2015, total health care expenditures rose 3.9 percent over 2014. Private insurance spending increased the most, growing 12.6 percent. MASS.
