The three-story facility replaces the former Breyers and Sealtest ice cream manufacturing plant, which was demolished last year. The center's general manager is Steven Gum. Central One Federal Credit Union of Shrewsbury plans to build a branch in Milford, at a vacant lot abutting World Gym, the former site of Imperial Chevrolet. The credit union now has five locations in Shrewsbury, Northborough, Westborough and Auburn. World Energy Efficiency Services launched a new solar division, bringing customers renewable energy and the savings and control that comes with on-site generation. The unit will be run out of the company's Worcester and Cromwell, Conn., offices. Master Networks, a national business training and referral organization, is opening new business referral chapters in Worcester County, through Central Mass Networking. Chapters meet weekly at the Babcock Power office building in Worcester on Tuesday mornings and at the Crossroads Office Park in Leominster on Monday mornings. Hudson House Restaurant & Lounge is open at 40 Washington St. in Hudson, in the former location of the Harvest Café, after renovations. The restaurant is owned by Stephen Brown, a resident of Spencer. The Milford Hannaford supermarket will become a Big Y market, the result of an acquisition by Springfield-based Big Y.
