He has been with the bank for nearly a decade, having first joined in 2007 as vice president and member of the commercial lending team. He was promoted to senior vice president in 2013, where he oversaw the commercial loan support staff. He is a graduate of Boston College and graduated with honors from the America's Community Bankers' National School of Banking. He lives in Franklin. RENEE LETENDRE has been promoted to loan officer at the mortgage center at North Brookfield Savings Bank in North Brookfield. Previously a NBSB mortgage representative and processor, she will help customers throughout the mortgage process. She lives in North Brookfield CAITLIN BURNS was named underwriter at North Brookfield Savings Bank's Mortgage Center in North Brookfield. She was promoted from the position of junior underwriter and closer. In her new role, she will offer customer support throughout the mortgage process. A resident of West Brookfield, Burns holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Worcester State University. LEIF ROSSELAND, a resident of Holden, is now regional vice president of the MetroWest/Western Massachusetts region at Coldwell Banker in Waltham. He was promoted from his role as branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential offices in Worcester and Sturbridge. He will be responsible for overseeing the company's 20 sales offices in the two regions, including offices in Acton, Bolton, Framingham, Leominster, Natick, Northborough, Shrewsbury, Sturbridge, Sudbury, Wayland and Worcester. He is a graduate of the Bancroft School in Worcester and of Ithaca College. CHARLES HOWARD was promoted to manager of the 60 Solferino St. location in Worcester of ABC Supply Co. Inc., where he is responsible for supervising operations, advancing growth and developing relationships with area contractors. He has been with the company for four years, originally coming on as an inside sales representative for the company's Baltimore location. He lives in Medford. LAUREN PETIT is now senior manager, philanthropy, community engagement and crisis communications at Saint-Gobain in Worcester. She most recently served as manager of communications and community relations for the North American Abrasives business. In her new role, Petit will be responsible for crisis communications and community relations for the North American region, and for matters that relate to the Saint-Gobain Corp. Foundation. She holds an associate's degree from Mount Wachusett Community College, a bachelor's degree in journalism from UMass-Amherst and a master's degree in organizational communications from Regis College. She lives in Worcester. TONISHA M. PINCKNEY has joined Anna Maria College in Paxton as director of graduate and undergraduate criminal justice programs. She is a criminologist and criminal justice expert and joined Anna Maria from Newbury College in Brookline. She was also assistant dean of adult and professional studies, online learning, and institutional partnerships at Newbury College. She holds a doctorate of philosophy in criminology and justice studies, a master's degree in security studies and a certificate in security studies from UMass Lowell. She has a second master's degree in criminal justice from the University of Cincinnati, a certificate in executive leadership from Cornell University, and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Kean University in New Jersey. A second- generation owner, Aspesi is director of the Statewide Towing Association of Mass. n River Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center was found to have no deficiencies by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Staffing levels, quality of care and cleanliness are some of the considerations. The 82-bed short- and long-term facility is in Lancaster. n Milford Federal Savings and Loan won a five-star rating from the BauerFinancial Inc. bank rating firm for the 25th consecutive quarter.
