I am excited to have continued to grow profes- sionally at Kelly Services, expanding our solutions into educational staffing, engineering, scientific, legal, IT and financial services. I'm also proud to have supported the success and professional development of a highly talented and tenured team. I've also been recognized repeatedly within com- pany, marketplace and community for involvement and commitment to developing talent, bridging gaps and making a difference in the lives of others. If you had to do anything over again career-wise what would you change? I love where I am career-wise, the company I work for, and the people I get to serve every day. They are my inspiration. The one thing I would change is the "work week" — I would prefer a nine- day "week" — work five days, then four days off, then back again! Do you have any words of wisdom for this year's class of winners? Find your passion, live with purpose, breathe resilience and give positive energy to all you connect with.
