The grant will support the collaboration between the organization's Homeless Outreach and Mobile Engagement Team and the Portland Police Department's recently launched drug intervention initia- tive, the Law Enforcement Addiction Advocacy Program. U.S. Sens. Susan Collins and Angus King announced that The Opportunity Alliance in South Portland received $2.77 million to support its Early Head Start and Head Start programs. Jay mill's owner out of Chapter 11 Verso Corp., the Memphis, Tenn.- based owner of the Jay paper mill, is out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy after signifi cantly reducing its debt. "Our emergence from bankruptcy less than six months after our Chapter 11 fi l- ings would not have been possible without the support of our lenders, whose willingness to invest in Verso demonstrates their confi dence in our prospects for long-term growth and value creation," said Verso President and CEO David J.
