Awarded Healthcare's Most Wired for 2016 include: Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems in Brewer, Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor and Mercy Health System of Maine in Portland. Awarded Healthcare's Most Improved for 2016 include: Acadia Hospital in Bangor, Blue Hill Memorial Hospital in Blue Hill, Charles A Dean Hospital in Greenville, Sebasticook Valley Health in Pittsfi eld and The Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle. Awarded Healthcare's Most Wired for Small and Rural Organizations for 2016 was Inland Hospital in Waterville. Cary Medical Center in Caribou was rated among the safest hospitals in the U.S. as one of only 98 hospi- tals out of more than 2,500 in the nation to earn the 'A' grade from the Leapfrog Group since the inception of the grading process.
