He lives in Chestnut Hill. DANA LEVENSON is now president and CEO of Southgate at Shrewsbury and Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A former investment banker, Levenson served as chief financial officer for the city of Chicago from 2003-2007 and most recently worked as the CFO of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. He lives in Worcester. PAUL L. JEFFREY, was named chair of the Eastern Medicaid Pharmacy Administrators Association, a nonprofit group of representatives of Medicaid pharmacy programs in northeastern states. Jeffrey is a pharmacy director in UMass Medical School's Commonwealth Medicine division. He also serves as director of pharmacy for MassHealth, the Massachusetts Medicaid program, where he provides clinical support and has developed programs in behavioral and mental health as well as opioids and pain management. KAREN REILLY was named director of clinical services at Care Solutions, Inc. in Westborough. Reilly, who has been a registered nurse for more than 20 years, is a certified dementia practitioner. KIRKLAND was elected to receive a second three-year term as a community member on the investment committee at the Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts, a nonprofit HMO. He is vice president of commercial lending and services at Southbridge Savings Bank. Harrington HealthCare System of Southbridge has earned nine consecutive "A" grades from The Leapfrog Group, a national healthcare rating organization. The score reflects more than two dozen safety measures, including how well hospitals protect patients from accidents, errors, injuries, and infections. Harrington is one of only 98 hospitals nationwide and only one of 13 in Massachusetts to achieve nine consecutive "A"s since scoring began in 2012. Dr. Pierre Chambon, founder of the Institute of Genetics and Molecular and Cell Biology in Strasbourg, France, was named the recipient of the Gregory Pincus Medal by UMass Medical School in Worcester. Pernet Family Services of Worcester celebrated its 60th anniversary at a gala attended by the lieutenant governor and state and local dignitaries. The health group serves more than 11,500 low-income families each year. Framingham-based Robert Fine & Associates was named a Financial Services Affinity Partner for the Massachusetts Dental Society, based in Southborough. The society selects partners to assist dentists in managing their business. Heywood Hospital of Gardner held its 5th Annual Martha Heywood Nursing Excellence Awards. Winners, pictured, left to right, are: Jessica Desrosiers, Watkins 1, Excellence in Personal & Professional Development Award; Christina Baldini, Geriatric Psychiatry Unit, Excellence in and Commitment to Direct Patient Care Award; the award for Excellence in the Promotion of a Professional Nursing Image was given to Lisa Prentiss of the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit; and MaryEllen Alty of the LaChance Maternity Center received the award for Excellence in Community Involvement. Amy K. Weinstock, director of UMass Medical School's Autism Insurance Resource Center, was presented with the Martha Zeigler Founders Award during an awards event in Boston. The annual award is given by the Federation for Children with Special Needs. The parent of a young adult on the autism spectrum, Weinstock established the resource center in 2011. Worcester Department of Public Health earned its accreditation from the national Public Health Accreditation Board. The recognition indicates that Worcester is following established best practices when providing services. The board has been working on the designation for several years. Urgent Care of Holden is celebrating its first anniversary. The facility is owned and operated by Dr. Richard J. Freniere and Dr. Rock Jean-Guillaume, both board- certified emergency medicine physicians. Dr. Robert Baldor, a UMass Memorial Health Care physician, is the 2016 recipient of the Allen Crocker Health Services Award for his work with those with disabilities. Baldor was chosen for the award by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services. Oriol Health Care of Holden won Pinnacle Quality Insight Customer Experience Award for its two nursing facilities, Holden Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center in Holden and Oakdale Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center. Pinnacle offers customer-satisfaction measurements to senior care providers. Tina Bilazarian Inc. Realtors won a Member Achievement Award by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a global community of more than 500 independent real estate firms. The award was presented at an awards gala February 25 in Miami Beach, Fla. The real-estate firm is based in Boylston.
