Speakers' Bureau: Diverse network of ex-

Step Up: Offers up to $12,500 in employer
incentives for each unemployed jobseeker
hired. Goal is to put people back to work,
create jobs, and help companies expand. The
Subsidized Training and Employment Pro-
gram (Step Up) provides wage subsidies and
training grants for small manufacturers, wage
subsidies for new apprentices, and a wage
subsidy for companies of any size hiring an

Shared Work Program: Provides employ-
ers with an alternative to layoffs when faced
with a temporary decline in business. Offers
partial unemployment insurance benefits,
allowing companies to retain skilled employ-
ees and return them to a full work schedule

Training Programs for Incumbent
Workers: Are you an advanced or innovative
manufacturer seeking assistance to provide
training to your workforce? The Manufactur-
ing Incumbent Worker Training Program pro-

current and emerging market needs and leap

Veterans' Workforce Development:
