Matluk previously worked for York County Community College in the same capacity and is founder and owner of Exchange Street Studio in Portland. First National Bank and its parent company, The First Bancorp, hired Timothy Wooster as a vice president and portfolio man- ager based in the Rockland offi ce of First Advisors, the investment management and trust divi- sion of the bank. Most recently, Wooster was a vice president and investment offi cer at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. Goodwill Industries of Northern New England hired Jeri Lollini as senior director of business unit support. Most recently Lollini was the executive direc- tor of human resources for Olympus. Pulp+Wire, a branding and market- ing agency in Portland, hired Bryan Wiggins as senior brand strategist. VHB, a civil engi- neering fi rm in South Portland, hired David Woodward to expand the fi rm's land development services and build upon its real estate practice in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington announced that Jonathan Gasper joined its medical staff as a provider at Franklin Health Livermore Falls Family Practice. Gasper is board certifi ed by the American Board of Family Medicine and previ- ously provided care for patients at Winthrop Family Medicine. R. W.
