Bowdoin treasurer departs for Jackson Lab position Bowdoin College's treasurer, S. Tallest building in Rockland a hotel with nautical fl air A $2.9 million, fi ve-story, 26-room boutique hotel on Rockland's Main Street is slated to open dur- ing the fi rst week of May after two years of construction. e 250 Main Hotel is owned by Cabot and Heidi Lyman, who also own Lyman Morse Boatbuilding Inc., with sites in omaston and Camden. e hotel will have 20 year-round staff ers, with a larger seasonal staff expected during the peak months of July and August, according to the Bangor Daily News.
