W hen you own a business, the last thing you want to worry about is whether your cleaning service is living up to its promises. With Enterprise Cleaning Corp. you never have to worry. For the last 13 years the company has provided top notch cleaning services to more than 150 customers. Enterprise Cleaning's business philosophy focuses on quality stan- dards, highly trained employees and specialized cus- tomer service, which ensures that every job is "Enterprise Clean." Growth in business prompted Enterprise to move its headquarters to a 5,000 square-foot facility in nearby Boylston more than three years ago. The new space houses the company's managers and provided much- needed warehouse space. However, Stephen Buchalter, President & CEO, points out that Enterprise maintains a strong connection to Worcester, where the company opened a second office in the downtown area. Enterprise continues to add to its client list every year. Long-time clients include banks, local schools and small companies, as well as many commercial buildings. Also, Enterprise has been the primary cleaning company for several larger entities, such as Jet Blue, Bancroft School, Millbury Federal Credit Union and The Hanover Theatre for the last several years. Since 2003, Enterprise Cleaning has provided com- mercial cleaning services for more than 150 buildings throughout Central Massachusetts. "What sets us apart from other cleaning services is our one-on-one personal touch with our customers," says Buchalter. "We try to get to know our customers and their individual needs and tailor our services accordingly." Enterprise's reputation for excellence in the cleaning industry extends to the automobile sector. "We provide cleaning services for approximately 12 car dealers," says Buchalter, which includes dealers for Mercedes, Kia, Audi and BMW, specifically Wagner Motors, Colonial and Patrick Motors. "We can handle any type of business that needs cleaning, from restaurants and office build- ings to everything in between." Buchalter points out that every account, regardless of size, receives individualized attention that considers the customer's schedule, budget and cleaning needs. And this year the customer list continues to grow. "During 2015, we experienced one of our best growth years," says Buchalter. In addition to daily, nightly commercial services, Enterprise has added snowplowing/removal and land- scaping to its portfolio of services. The company contin- ues to offer specialized services that include floor strip- ping and finishing, carpet shampooing and a mainte- nance program. Enterprise is able to offer the best cleaning services in the area due to its staffing business model. The company offers a competitive salary, health insurance, sick time and vacation to its employees. All staff have specialized skills that match the location and type of space they are cleaning. From its inception, Enterprise Cleaning has believed in active community involvement and continues to sup- port the Hanover Theatre, the Devereux School and Y.O.U., Inc., as well as several local non-profit organiza- tions, schools and athletic teams. "As we continue to grow, we never lose sight of the importance of giving back," says Buchalter, who encourages his staff to also become involved in philanthropic community activities. Enterprise is obviously doing something right, since the company has received the Readers Choice award three years in a row. Also, Enterprise was the recipient of the Worcester Business Journal's Best of Cleaning Services Award in 2014, 2015 and 2016. "Receiving this award makes us proud of what we do," Buchalter states. Throughout its history, Enterprise has built a solid reputation in the local community. "We take pride in our work and intend to maintain our great reputation," says Buchalter, whose primary focus is "taking care of the customer." n Enterprise Cleaning Corp.
