Bar Harbor Bank & Trust hired Ruth Dunbar as CTFA, vice president/trust officer in Hampden and Mark Schaub as assistant vice president/regional relationship manager in Bangor. Dunbar was previously senior vice presi- dent/senior fiduciary officer at People's United Bank while Schaub was with Farm Credit in Maine. e bank also hired John Testa as vice president/trust invest- ment officer to Bar Harbor Trust Services, a subsidiary of the bank in Ellsworth. Testa was a registered associate with Morgan Stanley in Hartford, Conn. F.L.Putnam Investment Management Co. in Portland hired Scott Mazuzan as a private client advisor. Mazuzan was previously a financial planner at Goldman Financial Planning.
