The business opening created four jobs and offers a complimentary service shuttle. Goodnow plans to open another location, his third — also in Worcester — within the next two years or so. The new facility is at the former site of Bob's Service Center. BWT Pharma & Biotech has a new 11,000-square-foot buildout at 417 South St. in Marlborough, with production and office space. The biotech company is relocating from Leominster. The asset is owned and operated by Hudson-based Calare Properties. Chick-fil-A opened at Shoppers World in Framingham (above), at 1 Worcester Road, in the Kohl's plaza. Mark Parker of Hopkinton owns the franchise location of the chicken-sandwich restaurant. It's the third freestanding Chick-fil-A in Massachusetts and will employ 110 people, Parker said. Gardner Five Star Auto Sales has opened at 407 Chestnut St. in Gardner. The business is owned by Wayne and Joshua Brown. Audio-video and furniture store AudioArt is open at 615 Boston Post Road in Shrewsbury. The location also offers exhibit space to artists. n
