Drummond Woodsum, a law fi rm in Portland, announced Adrianne Fouts, Rodney Lake, Laurel McClead, Keriann Roman and Christopher Stevenson became shareholders. Fouts is a member of the fi rm's trial services group, Lake is a tax and business lawyer, McClead is a mem- ber of the fi rm's labor and employment group, Roman practices in the fi rm's municipal and trial services groups and Stevenson practices with the fi rm's busi- ness services and public sector groups.
