Matthew Alton Davis of Littleton is the firm's registered principal. n Oaktree FX, a partnership between Oaktree Development of Cambridge and Patrick Cleary of FX Investments of Concord, completed construction on a $32-million multi-family living and retail space in West Concord. Brookside Square has 74 luxury apartments and 36,000 square feet of commercial and office space. n Maynard Storage Solutions at 109 Powder Mill Road in Maynard is wrapping up renovations. The company offers climate-controlled storage facilities for rent. n Ted's of Fayville moved to 300 Turnpike Road in Southborough. The towing company — which started in 1929 — has been located on Park Street since 1966. The new spot, in the former Volvo Rents building on Route 9, will help with response times during rush hour, said Vice President Michael Aspesi. n Dentist Alex Moheban has purchased and will renovate the free-standing building at 293 Main St. in Northborough for a dental office. The spot formerly housed a liquor store. He hopes to move into the facility by July. Moheban, of Worcester, took over his father's dental practice at 154 Main St. in Northborough in January 2014. n Tattoo business Leominster Ink has been renamed The River Raven and is relocating to 707 Main St. in Fitchburg. The owner, Rich DiCato of Fitchburg, signed a three-year lease for the space. n Westford family-owned Indian restaurant Rangoli Grill, at 8 Cornerstone Square, is franchising, opening locations in New York, New Jersey and eventually into other states as well. The eatery is owned by Gulshan and Rashmi Kumar. n Rolando's Café is open at the site of the former City Hall Café on Main Street in Fitchburg. It's owned by Ed Ellis and Lorenda Grella. The café serves breakfast all day.
