SULLIVAN will serve on the board of Hanover Theatre in Worcester, and MARY C. DEFEUDIS will serve as the theatre's first honorary director. Angelini, an attorney, is special counsel to Providence and Worcester Railroad Co., and a resident of Worcester. Carroll is president of Small Business Service Bureau Inc. and vice president of Carroll Enterprises, a small business services firm based in Worcester. Larrivee is dean of the School of Education, Health and Natural Sciences at Worcester State University. Stempler is the owner of Carolyn & June Designs, a Shrewsbury event planning firm. Sullivan is a partner with Sullivan, Garrity and Donnelly Insurance of Worcester. DeFeudis, a former board member, was a key fundraiser for the theatre's $31-million renovation. MEGHAN BUCKLEY was hired as a junior consultant at Baesis in Northborough, an accounting and manufacturing software sales, service and support firm. She was previously employed by FCI Opthalmics in Marshfield Hills, as a sales support analyst and technical coordinator. Previous to that, Buckley owned a residential cleaning service firm in Sunderland. Buckley has a bachelor's degree in French and francophone studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. SAMANTHA HEYWOOD was named museum director and director of exhibitions at the Museum of World War II in Natick. Heywood joins the Museum of World War II from the Imperial War Museum in London, where she served as director of public programs. Heywood, a trained history teacher, earned degrees from the London School of Economics and the School of Slavonic and East European Studies in London. PATRICK LAWLOR was hired by The North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce as public affairs manager, a new position. Lawlor most recently served the commonwealth's Division of Insurance as a communications and external affairs specialist. His experience also includes working at the state Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation and the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, as well as serving as a legislative intern for the Massachusetts House Ways and Means Committee and the Joint Committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies. Lawlor is a graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover. SANDIE CATALDO was also hired by the North Central Mass. Chamber, as manager of economic development. Prior to being selected for this position, Cataldo worked since 2006 for the city of Leominster as its small business development coordinator, and before that, as a project manager for JS Lewis Exhibit Associates in Leominster. SABIHA SULTANA was promoted to assistant vice president and store manager of the TD Bank branch in Ashland, at 361 Pond St. She joined the bank in 2014, as an assistant store manager at the Nobscot store in Framingham. MARK COLLINS was hired as director of engineering for Lenze Americas, a maker of electrical and mechanical drives, motion control and automation technology in Uxbridge. He has worked for the company for more than 25 years, most recently as manager of power electronics. Collins earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Connecticut in Storrs. JEAN SACCA joined Milford-based ERA Key Realty Services, as a realtor. She was previously an office manager at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Milford. STACY WHITE was promoted to certified financial service specialist at Southbridge Credit Union. She has been in the banking industry for eight years and with the credit union for four years. Before coming to Southbridge Credit Union, she worked as a teller at TD Bank. White works at the Hobbs Brook Branch in Sturbridge. MIKE HEWITT, DEB WEYMOUTH, SHEILA HARRITY and SUSANNAH WHIPPS LEE were elected as new directors to the United Way of North Central Massachusetts Board of Directors. They will serve three-year terms that expire in 2018. JEANETTE ROBICHAUD and DONATA MARTIN will serve one- year terms as ex-officio directors. Hewitt is from Hometown Bank; Weymouth from HealthAlliance, Harrity from Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School; and Whipps Lee from Whipps Inc. Robichaud is agency representative for the Athol Area YMCA; and Martin is agency representative for the Boys & Girls Club of Fitchburg & Leominster. DOUGLAS PETERSEN, Workers' Credit Union, was elected chair for a one-year term. MICHAEL BOVENZI, BRIGITTE GRENIER, AMY BONILLA, NICOLE CORROTO, ROBERT COURTEMANCHE and HEATHER FINNERTY were promoted by Rollstone Bank & Trust of Worcester. Bovenzi, who has an MBA from Nichols College in Dudley, was named senior vice president and commercial loan officer. Grenier, who was promoted to vice president, joined the bank as as a credit officer. She is a Fitchburg State University graduate. Bonilla, who has been with the bank for 16 years, was named vice president of human resources. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa. In the retail division, branch managers Corroto, Courtemanche and Finnerty were all promoted to assistant vice presidents. CRAIG HERDER was hired by technology reseller Baesis in Northborough, as a senior Sage CRM consultant. Inc., with offices in Milford, won two Best Project Awards from Engineering News-Record. The awards were granted for Consigli's ability to overcome design and structural complexities in building the Trailhead House at the Summer Star Wildlife Sanctuary in Boylston and to restore The Parish of All Saints, Ashmont in Dorchester. n VNA Care Network, with locations in Worcester, Leominster and Southborough, was named a HomeCare Elite 2015 Top Agency by OCS HomeCare, placing the organization in the top-performing 25 percent of home care agencies in the nation. Elite status is determined through an analysis of quality outcomes, best-practice implementation, patient experience and more. n Fitchburg State University is again bound for the American Collegiate Moot Court National Tournament, after a strong showing at the regional competition against 53 other teams last month. The national tournament is in January at California State University at Long Beach. n The owner of Holden restaurant Thai Island Inc., Olga Kwasniewski, won two Stevie awards in the 12th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business competition. Kwasniewski was recognized as a silver winner in the Female Entrepreneur of the Year – Consumer Services – 10 or Less Employees category and as a bronze winner in the Women-Run Workplace of the Year for 10 or Less Employees category. Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 160 executives across the globe who participated in the judging process this year. n Westborough training company The Training Associates was named a Top 20 IT Training Company for the fourth consecutive year by TrainingIndustry. com. Companies were judged in different areas such as growth potential, innovation in IT training and delivery method options. n Dentists Jeffrey A. Bellanti, with an office in Bolton, and Sanjay Reddy Bommu in Gardner; along with Yong- Han Koo, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Wayland, were accepted into the Massachusetts Dental Society Leadership Institute. They were among 12 in the state accepted into the two- year program. n Worcester's Clark University team captured third place in the 2015 Boston Regional College Fed Challenge, held November 6 at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. The team members included Jorge Galvez Rodriguez, Rahul Dutt, associate professor of economics David Cuberes, Doga Bilgin, Roei Shimony and assistant professor of economics Chang Hong.
