Since Governor Malloy has been in offi ce, he's cut and taxed $1.3 billion from Connecticut's hospitals. More than four and a half years of mounting cuts have infl icted real pain. Now Malloy has recently announced another $240million in new hospital cuts. Malloy's latest cuts mean fewer cancer screenings, longer wait times, and laying off nurses and medical technicians. Malloy's cuts will delay hospitals acquiring new lifesaving technologies, and our state's neediest will have less access to care.
