Gagnon is the fi nance director for the Pine Tree Society, Gray recently retired as execu- tive director of the United Way of Oxford County, Nadeau is owner and CFO of Bedard Medical and Vampatella has held positions in nursing and higher- education administration. The Boys & Girls Clubs and YMCA of Greater Waterville at the Alfond Youth Center announced Carolyn Greene, Jim Hughes, Joe Jabar Jr. and Dan Shea have joined its board of directors. Greene is a jewelry designer and business owner, Hughes is the omas Sowell Professor of Economics at Bates College, Jabar is a senior account executive and LPL branch manager and Shea is the director of the Goldfarb Center for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement and professor of govern- ment at Colby College. Preti Flaherty, a law fi rm in Portland, announced that Greg Hansel was appointed as a vice chair of the Global Private Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law. Hansel is a partner and chair of the fi rm's Antitrust and Competition practice group.
