Polamer Precision | New Britain, CT
PDS was the Construction Manager for this new
aerospace manufacturing facility which included almost
3,000 solar panels. The project was a 2-story state
of the art structure consisting of 3 bridge cranes with
exterior walls of structural pre-cast panels. The shop
area floors were industrial polished concrete. Also
in the design was a 2-story glass entrance atrium,
employee gym, executive lounge, kitchen, storage
areas, bathrooms and several offices.
