Community Partners Inc. 2016 GOALS Community Partners Inc. has identifi ed four key imperatives in response to the growing needs and opportunities present within the evolving environment of intellectual and developmental disabilities services. ese imperatives illustrate our commitment to larger goals of achieving the triple aim principles embed- ded in overall health care reform eff orts. f We will strengthen current core services while providing expanded off erings to a broader population of people in need. f We will display leadership in helping disability services and health care sys- tems navigate a changing landscape. f We will be seen as an employer of choice where staff feel valued, are well- trained and fairly compensated and have ownership in their positions and the organization. f We will proactively build a portfolio of designated and discretionary resources for less reliance on public dollars. GIVING OPPORTUNITIES Contribute with purpose. Every fi nancial gift entrusted to Community Partners Inc. has a purpose as an investment in the lives of Mainers. Instead of an arbitrary number, we work with you to identify the most powerful use for your gift and arrive on a specifi c designation that aligns with your objective(s) for contributing. For example: 1) We have an ongoing Home Improvement Campaign to modernize our facilities that provides opportunities for making a specifi c, tangible contribu- tion to ensuring accessible, safe and comfortable housing. 2) Our Planned Giving option creates a lasting legacy in memory of a loved one. 3) We have an ongoing Impact Giving Program that addresses numerous operational needs related to the ability for the people we serve to access and integrate in their local communities. We know that your gift will result in a rewarding experience for a Mainer with an intellectual disability, other developmental disability or autism. We want it to also be a rewarding experience for you – one where you feel secure that your con- tribution will realize its intended purpose through prudent stewardship, adher- ence to a defi ned mission and the inherent promise CPI makes to you. We invite you to learn about our options for giving by connecting with our Gift Coordinator, Peter Rand, at prand@cpime.org. We look forward to partner- ing with you to enrich the lives of Mainers. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Community Partners Inc. appreciates the support of so many caring individu- als and organizations. We can always use volunteered resources in the area of audio/video support, printing services, offi ce support and a range of activities related to engaging people with disabilities.
