We provide advocacy, leadership and support to identify the goals and address the needs of individu- als, families and communities. SERVICE LOCATION(S) The Opportunity Alliance serves over 20,000 Mainers through more than 40 programs throughout the state of Maine, with a focus on Cumberland County. The Opportunity Alliance 2016 GOALS In 2016, we'll expand and deepen the process of data driven decision-making based on carefully tracked performance measures. is will help us to more effectively determine how serving and supporting the people who come to us for help actually changes their lives for the better. We will be able to measure, along with our community partners, not only how much we are doing and how well we are doing it, but exactly how people and communities are better off as a result of our supports and services. The three strategies we will focus on to accomplish these goals are to: f increase client access to all of our supports and services; f coordinate primary and behavioral health care to improve the health and well-being of clients with serious mental illness; and f strengthen communities in order to resolve complex issues by establishing neighborhood centers, or hubs, in targeted locations where neighbors can gather, share, learn, connect and create, leading to true, resident-led change in those neighborhoods.
