And his sense of humor makes the office a very fun place. Community involvement: Along with my two brothers, I have been hosting happy hours and exercise groups for friends and "friends of friends." It's a great way to meet other young folks. I am also active in the Young Businessmen's Association, the Harvard Club of Worcester and Old Sturbridge Village. Ultimate career goal: Connect clients and colleagues to the people, ideas and solutions that make their lives better. Non-relative you admire most: Jeannine Lusignan. Her positive attitude, professional ability, and commitment to her family and colleagues make her both a personal and professional role model. Favorite book: "Riley's Luck," by Louis L'Amour Hidden talents: Ranching. I lived and worked on a 72,000-acre beef cattle ranch in Wyoming for a year before college. "By the time I turn 50, I'd like to have accomplished … a meaningful role in Worcester's efforts to retain and locally employ a large portion of the city's many college graduates." Community involvement: Board mem- berships on The Worcester Educational Development Foundation, The Emerald Club of Worcester County and The Worcester Public Library Foundation. Ted Kennedy Favorite book: "Back Bay," by William Martin Hidden talents: I don't have a hidden talent. I can't even yodel. "By the time I turn 50, I'd like to have accomplished … everything I have ever thought I would have, and be satisfied with what I've accomplished." Community involvement: I am current- ly treasurer of the Worcester East Side Community Development Corp. and vice president of AIDS Project Worcester. Additionally, I'm a member of the Women's Initiative of the United Way, and have served as a loaned executive and chairperson of the loaned executive team for the United Way Workplace Campaign. Ultimate career goal: Continue on my current career path in banking, so long as it remains as gratifying as it has been over the past eight years. Non-relative you admire most: My St. Anne's School basketball coaches, who taught me at a young age that talent doesn't always win, but that dedication, focus and the ability to move outside of one's comfort zone will ensure success. Favorite book: "The Glass Castle," by Jeannette Walls Hidden talents: Gardening is my pas- sion. Earned SIOR Designation (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors) in 2009, a designation held by only the top 3 percent of all practicing commercial brokers in the country. Community involvement: Currently serve as president of the New England chapter of SIOR. Have been a board member of Training Resources of America since 2008 and was president of the Worcester Young Businessmen's Association 2006–2007. Ultimate career goal: To continue to grow, develop and become the best version of myself I can be. Non-relative you admire most: Jim Coghlin Sr. He runs a successful manufacturing company, singlehandedly started a nonprofit organization, 15-40.Org, which promotes cancer self-awareness and testing to the 15-to-40 age group to boost cancer survival rates. He also finds time to make his family a priority. Favorite book: "Good to Great," by Jim Collins Hidden talents: I have a gift for memo- rizing movie lines, then reciting them at will in the context of conversation.
