In addition, the college was recognized by the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education for achieving "the greatest level of success with green initiatives on-campus and within in its surrounding community." Scott Fernald, a commercial banking offi cer with Camden National Bank, was presented a Leadership Award and was named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rockland Rotary Club. The Breathe Easy Coalition of Maine in Portland was one of four programs across the nation to receive the inaugu- ral Housing and Urban Development Secretary's Award for Healthy Homes. e award recognizes organizations whose activities or policies showed measurable benefi ts in the health of lower income residents. Bar Harbor Bankshares was named to the American Banker Magazine's Top-200 Publicly Traded Community Banks list for 2015. e list includes publicly traded banks and thrifts with less than $2 billion of assets, posting a three-year average return on equity of 8.66% or higher, along with a capital adequacy requirement. The Maine Public Utilities Commission won a Special Achievement in GIS Award at the 2015 Esri International User Conference held recently in San Diego, Calif. is award acknowledges vision, leadership, hard work and inno- vative use of Esri's geographic infor- mation system technology. Eastern Maine Development Corp. in Bangor was ranked 12th in the nation for its eff orts in the U.S. Small Business Administration Community Advantage Loan Program. Gene McKeever of Allen Insurance and Financial in Camden was invited to be an offi cial "subject matter expert" of questions for the property and casu- alty insurance producer license exams given by the Maine Bureau of Insurance. Jackman Community Health Center in Jackman achieved Level III Recognition as a Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, the highest level awarded for recognition. Verrill Dana attorneys Martha Gaythwaite and Karen Frink Wolf were named to the fourth edition of Benchmark Litigation's Top 250 Women in Litigation for the second consecu- tive year.
