Q&A In 30 years, why should Hartford Business Journal give you a Lifetime Achievement award? It would be an absolute honor if the Hartford Business Journal gave me the Lifetime Achievement Award. I work hard every day to not only pursue my dreams but to help women feel great, believe in them- selves, and feel confident through fitness and health. If in 30 years I can look back at my life and say, 'Wow, I had the honor of working with so many women and helping them transform their lives,' then I know my job has been done. It is my lifetime mission to help as many women as possible find a fun place to work out and a place where fit- ness meets sisterhood. Women empowering women is my platform. When Hollywood makes a movie about your entire life and career, what will the title and tagline be? Every day, when I wake up, Body Construct is on my mind; every night before I go to bed, Body Construct is on my mind. Every second, every minute my mind races to think of ideas. I constantly ques- tion myself, 'What can I do to help women feel even better? What can I do to make their experience even more exciting?' Body Construct girls are like my kids! I love them, I support them, I am here for them every step of the way, and I push them to believe in themselves!
