Frenkel works with people and organizations to help them realize their goals. He's been working as a leadership and organization develop- ment coach/consultant for more than 10 years and is currently a change manager on Cigna's central operating effectiveness team. His commitment to his profession stems from his belief that people can be better partners, parents and community members when they're engaged, challenged and valued at work. Giving back, both locally and globally, is important to Frenkel. He is currently board member of the Hartford Youth Scholars Foundation, community service chair at Mon- tessori School of Greater Hartford (which his children attend), and co-chair of the HaitiWorks! Annual Golf Tournament (sup- porting the rebuilding of Haiti after the 2010 earthquake). Frenkel is a mentor to various individuals in the Hartford area. Frenkel is a proud husband and father of two young children. In addition to working hard to be a positive role model for his fam- ily and others, he enjoys skiing, motorcycle riding, hiking and camping. Q&A Where do you get your motivation to succeed?
