Has received municipal approval in Petersham for an in-patient facility that will provide detox and behavioral care services. Harrington Hospital in Southbridge was recently recognized as a top hospital by ratings company Healthgrades in patient experience and patient safety. Received $1.2 million last fall from the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission to improve care for patients with complex social and medical needs, and to increase access to high- quality behavioral health services.
