Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport received the American Heart Asso- ciation/American Stroke Association's "Get with the Guidelines-Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award." e award recognizes the hospital's commitment in ensuring stroke patients receive appropriate treatment according to nationally recognized, research-based guidelines based on the latest scientifi c evidence. Bernstein Shur, a law fi rm in Portland, announced that Robert Keach was named lawyer of the year in bank- ruptcy and restructuring for the state of Maine by Corporate LiveWire, a global news resource for business professionals and individuals covering the corporate fi nance sector. Allen Insurance and Financial in Camden announced that Jennifer Wadsworth obtained her state of Maine insurance license. Wadsworth is a customer ser- vice representative at the fi rm. Robert Allen, senior vice president, wealth management at UBS Financial Services in Bangor, was named on Barron's Top- 1,200 Financial Advisors by state list. Allen was listed No. 2 in Maine.
