Our staff also attends training sessions to acquire more knowledge. What would your founder say about the state of your company today and its achievements in the last year? Our founder, Carmelo Gugliotti has said, 'Our success depends on our students' suc- cess.' We pride ourselves on having a gradua- tion yearly that showcases our students work. Our graduation last year had 600 attendees and featured top industry artists, definitely successful. What is the biggest challenge to your business in the coming year? We believe they would be proud to see their sons continue on the legacy of quality, custom- er-oriented service, and family-focused values, while exceeding previous benchmarks, main- taining customer relationships, and looking for growth opportunities to benefit the employees and the business as a whole.
