It has been an absolute pleasure building these relationships and helping you navigate through the world of employee benefits. As I review the last 20 years, it is hard to believe all the changes our industry has sustained. When I started e Health Consultants Group, programs were simple and the quantity was limited. Fast-forward to the present day: benefit programs are intricate in their scope and state, and federal mandates are plentiful, as are the benefits themselves. It has been exciting to watch this transformation, be a part of it, and help our clients choose what is best for them. I am very proud of our staff members, who have risen to each and every challenge and have helped advise hundreds of employers and individuals throughout the Northeast. Our dedication in helping employers keep the cost of benefits under control, remain in compliance, and advocate for their employees through knowledge, education and creativity is unparalleled.
