With nearly 15 years of government relations experience, Mr. Camilliere has represented and advocated on behalf of individuals and companies from the energy and utility, health care, financial, information technology, and tobacco industries, as well as, nonprofit organiza- tions and real estate ventures. Strategic planning, cri- sis management, direct lobbying, and research legisla- tion are his areas of expertise. Mr. Camilliere started in public service as the execu- tive assistant to the State Senate Majority Leader before moving into the role of executive assistant to the State Senate President Pro Tempore. His work included devel- oping and tracking key legislation through the enact- ment process by working with members of the Senate caucus and House of Representatives. He also over saw the appointment process of all boards and commissions designated by state statute. Mr. Camilliere holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut. He resides in Wethersfield, Connecticut, with his wife Anne and their two sons. Christopher R. Cloud, Principal. Christopher R. Cloud is a principal with Camilliere, Cloud & Kennedy and also a partner in his family's real estate and business development firm called the Cloud Company, based in Hartford. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Cloud was found- er and president of the Cloud Consulting Group, a lobby- ing and nonprofit consulting firm based in Hartford. Prior to that, Cloud served as president & CEO of AMISTAD America Inc., a non-profit organization which built, owned and operated the state of Connecticut's Official Flag Ship and Tall Ship Ambassador, Freedom Schooner Amistad.
