Goals • Continue the successful launch & additional development of the TANGO Exchange, a private healthcare exchange designed specifically for the non-profit sector featuring an exciting partnership with HealthyCT. • Put the finishing touches on the establishment of the TANGO Foundation, which will be a charitable organization that raises money via road races and other community events in order to develop and support young professionals in the non-profit sector in the form of educational scholarships. • Develop a Future Leaders program that is unique to the non-profit sector in its ability to cater to the talented young professionals showing promise in their growing organizational roles. • Build upon the success of our Regional Event Series, which makes targeted and relevant topics pertaining to industry trends accessible to organizations in all corners of our state. • Facilitate small group discussions during which our members can gain invaluable insights from one another; encourage our members to work together whenever possible to share resources. • Showcase our partners' commitment to TANGO as a social enterprise effort in which they are investing a portion of their profits back into the non-profit sector to make a positive impact on our surrounding communities. fundraisinG events/opportunities The TANGO Foundation will allow our creativity to flow in developing unique ways for the business and philanthropic communities to come together in a financially supportive effort for the benefit of our members. GivinG opportunities TANGO accepts tangible donations in the form of used office equipment, furniture, and computers for posting on our online Donation Depot.
