MetroWest495 Biz | September 2013 • Business Profiles 19 E nterprise Cleaning corp. has been keep- ing offices, workplaces and schools all over Massachusetts clean since 2003. Whether it's sanitizing the Sharks' lock- er room; keeping a federal airport ship- shape, making the Bancroft School shine; or vacuuming the 50+ banks serviced by the company; Enterprise is on the job with trained, moti- vated, work crews overseen by supervisors who make sure the job gets done right. This specialized supervi- sion and communication with customers ensures cleaning tasks are completed to exact specifications, said the company's owner. Enterprise is celebrating its 10th year in business with a revamped management structure, projected hiring and a new, state-of-the-art facility on Main Street in Boylston, Steve Buchalter, president and CEO, said. All are signs of growth for a cleaning com- pany that has continued to refine its structure while adhering to strict quality standards of what it means to be "Enterprise Clean." In the past year, Buchalter has revamped the man- agement structure and taken steps to streamline the way facilities are cleaned. Enterprise is rolling out a new cleaning program featuring travelling crews that move from location to location with a manager supervising the way work is done. This ensures better quality control and cuts down on turnover. Rather than an hourly rate, Enterprise puts a lot of its clean- ing team on salary, evaluating them by the cleanliness of a building upon completion of work, rather than by time spent in a location. Cleaning teams are trained to specialize in specific industries. For instance, a dental office has much different cleaning needs than a manufacturing facility would. Enterprise Cleaning's new 5,000-square-foot facili- ty in Central MA provides the company with much needed office and warehouse space, said Buchalter, and serves as a home base for managers. In addition to his belief in a strong work ethic, Buchalter is also a firm believer in paying it forward and giving back to the community. "Along with strong political connections in Worcester County, I serve on boards for the March of Dimes and the American Red Cross, and am an active member of the planning committee for the YOU Inc. Ball," said Buchalter. Enterprise Cleaning is a proud partner of the Worcester Sharks and corporate sponsor/ambas- sador of The Hanover Theatre. Buchalter annually donates to local schools, colleges and community organizations, and encourages employees to give back as well. With top-notch teams, community involvement, reliable service, a new location and a solid decade in business, Enterprise is poised to excel in the coming 10 years as well. n Enterprise Cleaning Corp. 10 Years Of Sparkling Service B o y l s t o n , m a enterprise cleaning Address: 75 Main St., Boylston, MA 01505 Phone: 508-890-1000 Fax: 774-614-1318 Website: www.EnterpriseCleaningCorp.com Product or Service: Commercial/office cleaning; post-construction cleanup; floor stripping and carpet cleaning No. of Employees: 140+ Head of Company: Stephen Buchalter, President & CEO Year Founded: 2003 Advertisement
