Changing scenery in Central Mass.
Just 13 years ago, the Worcester Center Galleria, later to become the Worcester Common Fashion Outlets, was open for business. Today, the
mall is gone. The main entrance in the left photo has been replaced by a reopened Front Street, which now connects the east and west sides of
Worcester.

Several buildings were being torn down in 2004 to make way for Gateway Park, Worcester Polytechnic Institute's center of research,
innovation and commerce that it developed with the Worcester Business Development Corp.
