Worcester Business Journal www.wbjournal.com 2015 Economic Forecast 33 b a n k i n g & f i n a n c e S P O N S O R E D B y C linton Savings Bank (CSB) has celebrat- ed more than 163 New Years of provid- ing expert advice, time-tested strategies and banking solutions that have sup- ported generations of businesses and families alike. New and existing customers can expect even more from us in 2015. We will continue to advance personal and business banking options by explor- ing new technologies, making sound investments and training our valuable team. We are not strang- ers to progress. In fact, our efforts have helped us to preserve our long-standing position as a finan- cial services leader in Central Massachusetts. To maintain our commitment of exceeding expectations, we regularly challenge ourselves to find cutting-edge banking products that will add the most value to our customers' lives. We pride ourselves on being a forward thinking financial institution—not only by way of the products and services we offer to our customers, but also with regard to our community support and endeavors. As a community bank, with six local branches and branches at both the Nashoba and Tahanto Regional High Schools, we believe that part of our mission is to support the next generation of com- munity leaders. For this reason, we recently part- nered with Junior Achievement of New England as a participant in its JA Skills to Achieve program. Our combined efforts pro- vide the perfect avenue for us to further inspire and motivate today's high school students to perform at their fullest potential in the class- room and to set goals for their professional futures. Offering les- sons about financial lit- eracy and workforce readiness plays a part in our larger effort to help today's youth become self-suffi- cient, responsible community contributors and business leaders. At the same time, at CSB we pride ourselves on having an additional focus on mobile, online and convenient banking products like pre-paid debit cards, which we believe helps today's youth devel- op the financial management skills that will ulti- mately assist in creating tomorrow's economy. It's important to remember that financial educa- tion and financial stability are not just important for today's youth – they're important for all of us. As a business, we are constantly striving to reach the next level of service. As a community bank, this goal translates into what services and products we can better provide "for you," our customers, our community. Whether it's to have our Commercial Lending team assist with utilizing Remote Deposit Capture and other Cash Management Services; to open a tailored checking account to maximize cash flow; or, to obtain a Small Business Administration loan or Commercial Line of Credit, we look to provide an experience you can bank on for our region in 2015 and beyond. n Regards, Robert J.
