He was formerly IT director at Alex and Ani, and in IT at Fidelity Investments. The Millbury resident holds a bachelor's degree in information technology form UMass Lowell. CHERYLL A. LEBLANC was hired by Mortgage Network Inc., with offices in Auburn, as a district manager. She most recently served as a branch manager for Wells Fargo Mortgage. LeBlanc is a graduate of Worcester State University, with a bachelor's degree in business and psychology. NICHOLAS BRODEUR was hired by Shepherd & Goldstein, a certified public accounting firm, as a team accountant for the Worcester location. The Worcester resident is a graduate of Bryant University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. MICHAELA RICHARDSON was hired by Grove Medical Associates of Auburn. A registered nurse, she will serve as a nurse practitioner. For the past 10 years, Richardson worked at the Saint Vincent Hospital emergency room in Worcester. ROYCE ANDERSON, JOHN BURON and TOM INGRASSIA were elected to two-year terms on the board of directors for WCUW 91.3 FM in Worcester. Anderson recently retired as executive director of the International Center of Worcester, where he had served since 1998. He lives in Oakham. Buron, of Leicester, works at Lockheed Martin Corp. as a senior quality assurance analyst. Ingrassia, an author, is president of Holden-based MotivAct Group. RUSSELL DYE, PATRICK McKEON, ROBERT J. KELLEY JR., KAREN KAGAN and ALLA DEMIHOVSKY, all banking industry veterans, were hired by Webster Five Cents Savings Bank. Dye will serve as a vice president and team leader in commercial lending. He holds a bachelor's degree from Hobart College in Geneva, N.Y. McKeon, hired as vice president of business banking, has a bachelor's degree from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minn., and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. Kelley is a vice president and business loan officer. Kagan, hired as a credit officer, holds bachelor's degrees from Assumption College and University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Demihovsky, vice president and credit officer, has a master's degree from A.M. Gorky Minsk Pedagogical Institute in Minsk, Belarus. CHRISTINE M. DUQUETTE was promoted by TD Bank, with offices in Worcester. The Auburn resident is now an assistant vice president and store manager for the branch at 500 Grafton St., Worcester. HAWLEY HARRIGAN was hired by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/ MetroWest as an assistant director of operations. She previously worked for the Girl Scouts of Sierra Nevada in Reno, Nev., as resident camp director. Harrigan has also served as a high school teacher and English teacher in China. She holds a master's degree in public administration from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, Calif. JENNIFER L. LEDOUX was promoted to assistant vice president and CRA/ compliance officer for Workers' Credit Union in Fitchburg. She has been with the credit union for 16 years. AUDREY O'SHAUGHNESSY was hired by Worcester-based Bowditch & Dewey as a partner in the firm's estate, financial and tax planning practice. She will work in both the Framingham and Worcester offices. O'Shaughnessy earned a bachelor's degree from Hampshire College and her juris doctorate from Northeastern University. LAURA SILVER TRAIGER and KAREN B. JOHNSON were elected as officers and PAULA A. NEDDER a member of the Mass. National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Board of Directors. Traiger, vice president, is an associate with Starr Vander Linden, with offices in Worcester and Framingham. Johnson is an attorney with Westford- based Madge and Johnson PC. Nedder is a lawyer with the law firm of Heaney and Small, in Milford. NABIL M. FAROOQ has joined St. Mary's Credit Union of Marlborough as senior vice president and senior commercial lending officer. The Uxbridge resident has more than 17 years of commercial lending experience. He holds a bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Assumption College. TOM McGREGOR, MARK E. McGWIN III and TODD MANDELLA were hired by United Bank to serve in senior commercial banking roles in the bank's Worcester region. McGregor is senior vice president and regional commercial banking executive; McGwin senior vice president and commercial banking officer and Mandella senior vice president and commercial banking officer. They started their new roles Jan. 5. United Bank is based in Glastonbury, Conn. CHRISTOPHER HAKER, a principal engineer at the Worcester office of engineering firm Tighe & Bond, has been promoted to lead the company's dams and geotechnical group, and serve as its technical specialist. ROBERT E. JOHNSON, president of Becker College, has been named to the Saint Vincent Hospital Board of Trustees as of Jan. 1. Meanwhile, DR. GARY KEILSON, a board member for the Worcester hospital since 2009, has taken on the role of board chairman, while KATHRYN HUNTER has been named vice chair.
