The Maine Democratic State Committee in Augusta elected Troy Jackson to the Democratic National Committee. Jackson is the former Maine Senate majority leader. Friends of Casco Bay, a conservation nonprofit in South Portland, elected Ward Graffam Jr. to its board of directors as treasurer.
