What advice would you give to women who are looking to advance their careers and take on leadership roles? Don't wait until you feel completely ready. Some of the greatest opportunities in my career came from being willing to step into something challenging and learn along the way. Build strong relationships, continue developing your expertise, advocate for yourself and don't underestimate the value of the perspective you bring to the table. Accounting is increasingly about helping clients understand what their numbers mean, not simply reporting what already happened.
