Health Care Staff category for its leadership in rapidly connecting
the Greater Manchester Region to Hartford HealthCare's integrated
digital care platform. Dr. Dina Al Rameni, Cardiac Surgeon
at Hartford HealthCare's Heart & Vascular Institute, receives
the Innovation Award (Individual) for her role in advancing
groundbreaking heart transplant care in Connecticut. And Hartford
Hospital's cardio-obstetrics team earns the Innovation Award
(Organization) for pioneering coordinated care that helped save the
lives of both mother and baby during a complex medical emergency.
