The nine-month program focuses on leadership skills, regional knowledge, community engage - ment, and service projects. GINA SHULTIS has joined Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester as development director. Shultis brings experience in development, fundraising, marketing, and communications. In her new role, she will lead fundraising and development initiatives and work with staff, volun- teers, and commu- nity partners. KEVIN HUSSEY has been promoted to senior vice pres- ident of credit and risk administration at Worcester-based Bay State Bank. Hussey brings more than 35 years of financial services and commercial credit experience and previously served as vice president and portfolio manager/ credit specialist at TD Bank. He earned a double major in finance/investments and economics from Babson College. JULIA BECKER COLLINS, COO at Northborough-based Vision Advertising, has been elected vice president of the League of Women Voters – Worcester Area and to the board of the League of Women Voters of Massachusetts. In her local roles, she leads communications, public relations, and voter outreach while helping guide chapter leadership and governance.
