With infrastructure scheduled for completion in the fall of 2026, the park will offer develop- ment-ready sites served by water, power and communications by year-end. Strong interest during the initial phase indicates high demand for available lots. Strategically located along the Penobscot River, Eagle Point Business Park combines a premier waterfront setting with the infra- structure needed to support business success. e park is anticipat- ing a diversity of development including agricultural production, energy production, industrial/commercial storage, warehousing, and an assortment of commercial uses, helping attract investment, create jobs, and strengthen the local economy. A&M Homecare was founded at the beginning of 2020 with a simple but powerful vision: to provide compassionate, reliable, and personalized care that truly changes lives. East Orrington Business Park e East Orrington Business Park is home to the Blue Wave Solar facility that celebrated its official ribbon cutting approximately one year ago on July 17, 2025. Current plans are for the improve- ment of the park access road, including road width and length, to accommodate additional park development. e road improve- ments are in response to increasing inquiries for park occupancy. Baker Landing Boat Launch e Baker Landing Boat Launch facility is being designed, consisting of a 28-foot-wide ramp, vehicle trailer spots, and a vehicle parking lot. e facility will serve the greater Orrington area, providing access to the Penobscot River. Initial construction is planned for Fall 2026. Funding for the launch facility was provided by Mallinckrodt Beneficial Environmental Project Funding Grant Program. Supporting Our Business Community Orrington believes in supporting not only the businesses we seek to attract, but also those that have already become part of our community. e town offers Façade Grants of up to $5,000 of matching funds for improvement to business facades, including signage. In addition, Orrington prides itself on a clear, concise, and timely permitting pro- cess through our Site Plan Review.
